Executive Chef Brian Nasajon and Bar Director Ben Potts collaborated on Beaker & Gray. Brian and Ben grew up together and had a goal of establishing a conducive atmosphere for a team that works with them rather than for them. They think that their dedication to their employees will inspire their employees' dedication to Beaker & Gray and its customers. A Beaker is a vessel used by bartenders to mix drinks.
