Uchi, an Austin, Texas import from James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole, is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after reservations in town, offering an unconventional take on Japanese food. The refined menu features hot and cold sampling, and adventurous guests will be delighted by the diverse fish options. The Machi Cure, smoked yellowtail stacked with yuca crisp, Marcona almonds, and Asian pear, is a highlight from the core menu, as is the hot rock wagyu beef.
