Kush rules the burger scene with homemade burgers and an extensive craft beer selection. The beef is hormone-free and obtained locally. Carnivores should get the standard burger, which comes loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, or the award-winning Johnny Utah, which comes topped with hot pastrami and LoKal sauce. Other popular dishes include crispy fried chicken topped with Belgian waffles and chopped bacon; alligator bites with creamy garlic and spicy mayo; and Frito pie, which is served in an actual bag of Fritos.

With the focus on beer knowledge and Matt’s restaurant experience, plus extensive research, planning, and hard work, KUSH was born.
