COYO TACO
Coyo Taco serves some of the finest and most imaginative tacos in town, whether it's "Taco Tuesday" or any other day of the week. Avocados are smashed for made-to-order guacamole, tortillas are produced on-site, and most vegetables are acquired locally. Tacos packed with flavor include the al pastor, made with slow-roasted pork and pineapple; the camaron, loaded with seared Gulf shrimp and a citrus slaw; and the alambre, made with seared angus beef and smoky bacon. You may also transform your favorite taco into a burrito or salad bowl, and don't skip the spicy elote (corn on the cob). Those seeking to continue the fiesta may enter a concealed speakeasy-style club through an inconspicuous entrance at the back of the restaurant at night.
At Coyo Taco, guacamole is smashed to order and tortillas are handcrafted on-site in an authentic Mexican tradition. The vegetables are farm fresh and responsibly sourced. Meat and seafood are naturally raised and humanely treated. Agua frescas and margaritas are made from scratch. Keeping true to their todo fresco, or "everything fresh" philosophy, their ingredients are 100% natural. Their team consists of a multi-cultural pool of individuals who specialize in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The founders of Coyo Taco were inspired to bring great Mexican cuisine and great music together, which can be experienced at each Coyo Taco location.
