Biausevu Waterfall
The Biausevu Waterfall (also known as Savu Na Mate Laya Falls) is a beautiful 20-meter waterfall in Biausevu hamlet on the Coral Coast of southern Viti Levu. A two-tiered waterfall cascades down. Between the stages, it appeared as if the stream had launched itself into a miniature waterwheel before descending. This was one of the more spectacular waterfalls in Fiji because of its accessibility and form.
To get to this waterfall, you may either take a trip offered by other local resorts or rent a private car. It takes 30 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the waterfall. As with other tropical places, water shoes or sandals are recommended.
Because mosquitoes will be there for a long time, be prepared with sunscreen and insect repellent. When looking for places to visit in Viti Levu, Fiji, don’t forget to add this one to your itinerary!
