Garden of the Sleeping Giant

The Garden of the Sleeping Giant is about a 10-minute drive north of Nadi, on the foothills of the Nausori Highlands. The lovely designed gardens feature Fiji's natural flora as well as a remarkable collection of orchids, some of which are endemic to Fiji. After years of prospering, the gardens have turned into a tourist attraction, originally created to hold Burr's private collection of tropical orchids. Raymond Burr was as enamored with these orchids as he was by Fiji.

Whether you are into gardens or not, the Garden of the Sleeping Giant is sure to take your breath away. When looking for places to visit in Vuda, Fiji, don’t forget to add this one to your itinerary!
