Denarau Island
Denarau is an artificial island built on top of a reclaimed mangrove swamp. The first hotel on the island opened in 1975 after construction began in 1969.
However, it has now grown to be a thriving island with all of the necessary amenities. With high-end resorts, beautiful beaches, world-class restaurants, entertainment, and an 18-hole golf course, it is the epitome of luxury tourism.
