Boneshaker Donuts&Coffee
From a straightforward concept- handmade donuts, fantastic coffee, and positive vibes in the heart of Paris- Boneshaker Donuts&Coffee was born. Alumna of Cordon Bleu Paris and pastry chef Amanda Bankert, an American living in Paris, started baking artisanal donuts for neighborhood coffee shops in 2015 after picking up a tiny home fryer at a yard sale in Montmartre. The next summer, she and her husband, Louis Scott, opened the doors of the 2nd arrondissement's first true doughnut shop in Paris.
The ideal place to get breakfast is at Boneshaker Donuts! The donuts at Boneshaker are made with a blend of conventional American and French pastry methods. Every day, the on-site bakers make their donuts from scratch. The flavors can be traditional or unique every day depending on the ingredients that are available. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen with plant-based ingredients and fresh seasonal produce. The café offers a small assortment of other baked items in addition to donuts, including brownies and the well-known cinnamon rolls. Every morning, experienced pastry chefs and baristas make all of the pastries (and beverages) from scratch using only vegan products of the finest caliber.
