Soya Cantine Bio

Since 2009, the organic restaurant Soya Cantine Bio has been in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, close to Place de la République. Soya is a well-known vegetarian restaurant that serves a superb salad bar (tabbouleh, hummus, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, and beets) as well as hot meals including vegetarian lasagna, Lebanese-style chickpeas, warm spring rolls, seaweed dumplings, potatoes with vanilla, and cakes in little ramekins. Even though some of the flavor combinations may appear odd, everything comes together on the plate.

The competent staff's friendly greeting and the brunch buffet, which is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m to 4 p.m for about €24, reflect the restaurant's zen aesthetic. If you can't there early, reservations are advised because it always fills up by 1 pm. High ceilings, hardwood benches, and traditional white decor give off an urban vibe.
