There are only two options available each day from their four burger variants, so don't anticipate a large, greasy, bacon-topped creation. A small selection of toppings, depending on the burger, is placed on top of lettuce, vegan or conventional cheese, and mushroom and tofu patties inside oversized buns. Even if the patty is a little hidden in the toasted bread, the Basque with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese is a winner. Additionally, there are vegetarian hot dogs that, when covered with ketchup, mustard, fried onions, and relish, remarkably resembled traditional hot dogs. The menu also includes vegan quiche and meatless nuggets with cheese.

The little restaurant area is designed with the primary color green, and the yellow lights add warmth to the entire establishment. It is located on a busy street corner in the center of Paris. The restaurant is constantly busy because of this and the delicious food. The two tables outside and the sitting below fill up quickly, but the line goes slowly enough that a seat should become available by the time your order is prepared. To make up for the calories lost in the tofu patty, grab a cupcake or vegan treat on the way out.
