Brezza
Brezza, a modern Italian restaurant, is one of the many dining options at Resorts World. The decor includes white stone walls, Italian mosaic tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and a patio with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Nicole Brisson leads the kitchen, having previously served as the first female executive chef of Eataly in the United States and as the culinary director of Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group's Las Vegas operations.
Handmade pasta such as ricotta corzetti with crispy artichokes, basil, and tomato butter is available, as are sustainable fish, heritage breeds, prime meats, and local produce cooked over live wood, such as whole white American Pekin duck and Colorado lamb chops. Tiramisu, a chocolate version shaped like a coffee bean with espresso caramel and mascarpone mousse, tempts the palate. Along with 200 wines (mostly from Italy, France, and the United States), there are seven Italian craft beers, an extensive spirits list, and more than 35 bottles of digestives like grappa and amaro.
