Lavo is near the lobby of the Venetian Hotel's Palazzo. Dinner is served Thursday through Friday from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m., Saturdays from 7 to 10:30 p.m., and Sundays from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. You can also join them for their Saturday Champagne Brunch, which runs from 12:30 to 6 p.m., and their Endless Brunch, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
