Lago is one of the most visually appealing restaurants in Las Vegas. The cool, elegant blue and white hues create a Mediterranean ambiance, which is only enhanced by up-close views of the Bellagio fountains. Julian Serrano, the award-winning chef, brings his interpretation of Italian cuisine with a selection of small plates and a Prix-Fixe menu highlighting cuisine from Italy's various regions. The flavors and presentations are fresh and modern while remaining true to their old-world Italian roots.

Diners at Lago at Bellagio can order Italian small plates like the 7 & 7, potato gnocchi and lobster knuckles with salsa di crostacei, and the Alle Olive Verdi, small focaccia made with roasted black olives, tomatoes, and pecorino. Lago is situated in the Bellagio Hotel, between Le Cirque and Jasmine. Lago is open for dinner daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The dress code is laid-back.
