Scarpetta's pasta is made in-house daily and then complemented by perfectly prepared sauces, reductions, and complementary ingredients to create a memorable dish. Scarpetta's menu offerings are both authentic and elegant. Fresh seafood, as well as house-made pasta and classic dishes like veal chop parmigiana and short rib brasato, are prominent on the menu. Scarpetta's tasting menu, which is also available with a wine pairing, is ideal for a special evening.

Scarpetta has a modern elegance to it. A table near the large windows provides a lovely view of the Bellagio fountains. Scarpetta is perfect for romantic dinners and intimate get-togethers with close friends. On Mondays and Tuesdays, dine at Scarpetta and receive a complimentary bottle of wine from their specially curated collection.

Scarpetta is located on level 3 of the Boulevard Tower in the Cosmopolitan. Scarpetta is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays and Tuesdays, and from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Friday-Sunday, 5:30-7:00 p.m., join them for cocktail hour.
