Britannica International School, Budapest
Britannica International School in Budapest started in 1994 and is the oldest British school in Hungary. It uses the National Curriculum for England but adds things to make it more global. The school is in District XII in the Buda Hills, and it has students from 46 different countries aged 5 to 18.
Britannica International School has excellent facilities like a computer room, library, indoor pool, gym, auditorium, dining room, study rooms, labs, music and art rooms, and outdoor play areas. The school follows the English National Curriculum, and at 16, students take the International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE). At ages 17 and 18, they can specialize in the AS and A2 Level programs.
Britannica International School is proud of the good results: 53% of students get an A or A* at IGCSE, and 85% get grades from A* to C.[8] Some students even reach the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award for having the best marks in the world in their subjects. The school is a Cambridge International Examination Center.
