From André Aciman's literary work of the same name, the film was adapted by James Ivory - the three-time Oscar-nominated filmmaker - in nine months. "Call Me by Your Name" is directed by Luca Guadagnino and written by James Ivory. Premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, the work was warmly praised by experts.
"Call Me by Your Name" revolves around the romantic relationship between 17-year-old Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet) and 24-year-old American student Oliver (Armie Hammer), an intern assistant to Elio's father (Michael Stuhlbarg), an archeology professor.
