Canisius High School
Canisius High School is a Catholic private college-preparatory school in Buffalo, New York, exclusively for young men. Established in 1870, it shares a historical connection with Canisius College and is located at 1180 Delaware Avenue, near important landmarks. The school's motto, "Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam," translates to "For the greater glory of God." Canisius High School's mascot is Carl the Crusader, and its colors are navy blue and vegas gold. St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute is its rival.
