- 1/2 cup Colby jack shredded cheese

- 1 1/2 cup cooked pasta
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan
- Add flour and cook lightly
- Add milk and whisk to incorporate.
- Bring to a boil, take off the heat and stir in cheese to melt.
- Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
