Coffee or tea with cream or half-and-half
Tea and coffee don't contain any carbs. They contain a lot of caffeine as well, which has some great advantages. Your mood, metabolic, and mental and physical performance may all be improved by caffeine.
Coffee shops and fast-food restaurants frequently provide half-and-half if you prefer milk in your cup of joe. About 0.5 grams of carbs are included in a single-serving container. Heavy cream is nearly carb-free. However, it has roughly 50 calories per tablespoon (15 ml), as compared to half-and-20 half's calories. Additionally, some coffee shops offer soy or almond milk. Per 2-tablespoon (30 ml) serving, the unsweetened versions of these milk substitutes have very few carbs.
