Each pen in the Elegance collection has a distinctive design and is made to the best English craftsmanship standards. The elaborate engraving on the cap and barrel was inspired by the work of Pugin, which may be found on the external walls of the Palace of Westminster itself. The little diamond-shaped recesses that cover the cap and barrel are inspired by similar decorative detail on the Palace's exterior.
