Create a memory box
Everyone wants to keep special memories for their family alive, but not everyone has the time to carefully organize their artifacts and scrapbook them. Create a memory box if this describes you. It takes very little more than throwing things in a box to preserve memories for your kids while also keeping them secure. Create one for each child so they will have a keepsake of their youth.
A fantastic exercise to occupy kids and adults has been developed by the staff at Write from the Heart(opens in new tab). A memory box will keep young hands busy and imaginations active while allowing them to create something they can continue to work on in the future.
Choose a box that can house a lot of objects, such as a wooden box, and then start decorating it. They might decorate the box with glitter, their name, and drawings of all their favorite recent memories. then have a seat with them and go through old pictures and other memorabilia to add to the box.
