Dinner Mate (2020)

Dinner Mate is a 2020 South Korean television series starring Song Seung-heon, Seo Ji-hye, Lee Ji-hoon and Son Na-eun. Based on the 2013 webtoon Would You Like To Have Dinner Together? by Park Si-in. The story of the series is about an unexpected dinner of two unknown people in the restaurant. Woo Do-hee (played by Seo Ji-hye) and Kim Hae-gyeong (played by Song Seung-heon).

A young woman who has recently broken up with her long-term partner and a man who had a tragic first love meet unexpectedly on Jeju Island. Their mutual love of cooking and trying out different cuisines keeps them in touch even when they return to Seoul. When they dine out, they keep their personal lives private, not even revealing their names. They meet in unexpected places due to a series of strange coincidences.
