Donna Farhi
Donna Farhi is a yoga instructor and the author of five books on the subject of yoga practice and instruction. Donna was born in the United States and currently resides on a 30-acre ranch with her horses, Santosha, Liberty, and Ambrosia, in Christchurch, New Zealand. She's been dubbed a "superstar" of yoga. Donna Farhi is a Yoga teacher who has been teaching since 1982 and has been practicing for 39 years. She is one of the world's most in-demand guest teachers, delivering international teacher training and intense programs. Her Yoga philosophy is based on the refining of the natural and universal movement principles that underpin the safe and long-term practice of Yoga. Students of all levels of expertise and from all traditions can construct their own authentic Yoga practice by focusing on the foundations.
