Eat healthy high protein foods
People who consumed more protein had a lower risk of high blood pressure, according to a long-term study that was concluded in 2014. A low protein diet was associated with a 40% higher risk of high blood pressure than people who ate an average of 100 grams of protein per day. Additionally, those who increased their intake of regular fiber had a risk reduction of up to 60%. A high-protein diet might not be suitable for everyone, though. On the majority of diet plans, getting 100 grams of protein each day is not too difficult, foods high in protein include:
