European School of Brussels III
The European School, Brussels III, stands among the thirteen European Schools and is one of the four in Brussels. Established in 1999, the school is located in Brussels's Ixelles (Elsene) municipality.
Covering nursery, primary, and secondary education, the school welcomed 3,097 students at the beginning of the 2018–2019 academic year, distributed across seven language sections (English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, and Czech).
Enrollment prioritizes the children of European Union (EU) staff, though others are welcome if available space exists. The school campus is accessible through transport links like Delta Station and Hankar Station, providing metro, bus, and suburban rail services.
Since its inception in 1999, the European School of Brussels III has been dedicated to delivering a high-level, multilingual, and multicultural education. Each day, students from various nationalities, organized into seven language sections (German, English, French, Czech, Greek, Spanish, and Dutch), come together to explore and share knowledge in an environment characterized by respect, solidarity, tolerance, and dialogue.
