Ezekiel Bread
One of the healthiest bread on the market is Ezekiel bread. A mix of nutritious grains and sprouted beans are used in its production including wheat, millet, barley, spelt, soybeans and lentils.
The grains are allowed to sprout before processing, so they contain lower amounts of harmful antinutrients. Because of this, the bread is far more nutrient-rich and delicious. Ezekiel bread doesn't have any added sugar, in contrast to most bread varieties. Many supermarkets and health food stores sell Ezekiel bread. Or, you may make your own by using one of the many online recipes. However, the main component of Ezekiel bread is wheat, so Ezekiel bread is not the best choice for those who are gluten intolerant.
