Fish Day

As always, in May, the Collectivity of Saint Martin celebrates Fish Day, which is one of the most famous festivals in Sint Maarten, especially since it's a big day around fish tasting. Since its founding in 2002, this most famous festival has been dedicated to the fishermen who are part of the heritage and traditions of Saint Martin.

Fish Day is an invitation to people to enjoy traditional fish dishes. A music scene will be completed on this beautiful day. This most famous festival in Sint Maarten appreciates the way of life of fishermen and fish culture. Many stands will offer a way to prepare their delicious dishes using fruits and vegetables to stimulate pallets of locals and visitors alike.
