Everyone feels frustrated when they don't reach their full potential, but women with ADHD may experience this feeling more acutely. You may notice others succeeding and wonder why you can't seem to get ahead of your everyday duties and accomplish your objectives. It's possible that ADHD and the inattention that comes with it is slowing you down. You can refer to the following strategies to assist a person deal with their anger: If a person suddenly experiences a wave of anger, avoid obsessing on it or feeding it. Rather than ignoring the feeling, accept it and go on to the next one. Or try taking 10 deep breaths in response to anger until the response becomes automatic.
