Low self-esteem
When you feel that your life is in disorder or that you have to continually hide your lack of organization from those around you, you may begin to feel bad about yourself. This is more common in females with ADHD than in males, maybe because the disorder is more of an internal struggle for females than for males.
Consider consulting with a certified mental health counselor if you're struggling with low self-esteem or other mental health difficulties. They can assist you in changing your negative self-talk and starting your recovery journey. If you're thinking of hurting yourself because of your low self-esteem, call a suicide hotline right away.
