Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management
There are projects all around you. Projects are run by almost every organization, whether formally or informally. You're working on tasks both at home and at work. Planning principles and execution approaches can help projects function more successfully and efficiently in a variety of circumstances. Project management provides the language and procedures for scoping projects, sequencing activities, leveraging resources, and limiting risks to companies (and individuals).
This is an introductory course that covers the fundamentals of project planning and execution. This course will teach you how to design, analyze, and manage projects, as well as identify characteristics that lead to project success. Learners will be introduced to cutting-edge approaches as well as the challenges of diverse project kinds.
