Project Management of Engineering Projects: Preparing for Success
Do you have a technical background as a (project) engineer but lack managerial experience? Do you want to learn more about project management and improve your project performance? This business and management course will concentrate on the project management skills required to successfully manage projects, with three areas of focus:
- The crew and the project manager
- The project's development
- The context of the project
This is one of the best online Project Management courses. The course focuses on the early stages of a project, with examples from technical initiatives in a variety of businesses and areas (amongst others, but not limited to, infrastructure projects and construction projects). You will have built your own project execution plan, either as a team or individually, by the end of this course. Of course, the collaborative endeavor provides a unique learning opportunity, and we value active team participation.
