George bought the 18th-century Italian home in Laglio, Italy, in 2002 for the first time. According to rumors, the ER actor paid roughly $14 million for the lakefront home. The house is now said to be valued at more than $100 million. George and Amal's large property has 25 rooms, including several bedrooms, baths, living areas, a luxury kitchen, formal dining rooms, walk-in closets, and more.

The home also has an indoor gym, a private outdoor theater, a big swimming pool, a multi-car garage, and a tennis court for the Descendants star. Because George enjoys spending time on the sea, his residence also provides access to his several boats. George and Amal possess a number of properties across the world, including in the United Kingdom, Los Angeles, and New York City, in addition to their residence in the Lombardy area of Northern Italy. Nothing, however, relaxes the Up in the Air star more than staying at their Lake Como property.
