Ghosts

Ghosts is a CBS sitcom developed by Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, and Ben Willbond, based on the British series of the same name. On October 7, 2021, it premiered. The sitcom got renewed for a second season in October 2021. The series got revived for a second season in January 2022.

The plot of Ghosts revolves around Samantha and Jay, a married couple from New York, who think their dreams have come true when they inherit a magnificent rural property. But when discovering it is falling apart and haunted by spirits who died on the grounds and they are now bound to the location until they can enter the afterlife. Samantha, who has had a near-death experience, can see and hear the spirits, whereas Jay cannot.
