Google Calendar
Google Calendar, a free online calendar application, was published in April 2006. You can make a Google Calendar if you have a Google account. You may create a free account if you don't already have one.
You may book events and invite others to attend using Google Calendar. You may compare your schedule with other people by sharing folders. It's simple to prevent disagreements if everyone maintains their calendars up to date. A single user can view all scheduled events in a single window by opening several calendars. Because this can be misleading, Google color-codes the events in each calendar.
The Google Calendar system contains Google's search capability. You may use the calendar search to find certain dates. Calendar owners have the option of keeping their calendar private or making it public. It's also feasible to use one account to create many calendars. For businesses with different consumer bases, this can be useful. A theatre, for example, may have one calendar for the general public that lists performance hours and another calendar for performers that lists auditions and rehearsal schedules.
Another popular Google product is a suite of programs similar to what you'd find in office desktop software. It's the Google Docs software package. In the next part, you'll learn more about them.
