Grand Brasserie

This bright and beautiful dining area, located on the ground floor of the Grand Papua Hotel, features dark-stained wood and black-and-white tiled floors. The cuisine is superb, combining Asian and Pacific Rim dishes, the most of which are great. If you're having trouble deciding what to get, go for the buffet, which allows you to select and combine whatever you want. The A la Carte eating menu at the Grand Brasserie provides modern, fresh flavors that are complemented with a wine list.

There are a la carte and buffet dining options. Dine by the pool or inside, with views of the Down Town commercial district and Fairfax Harbour. Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 12 p.m. to 3 p.m and 6 p.m to 10 p.m.
