Gravenor Bay

At the southernmost point of the Caribbean island of Barbuda, there is a sizable bay called Gravenor Bay. Between the island's two southernmost points, Coco Point in the west and Spanish Point in the east is where the shoreline runs roughly east-west. Near the westernmost point of Gravenor Bay, there is an airfield, and to the bay's immediate north is a sizable lagoon. After a day in the sun, you may book a soothing massage by the water or feast on fresh seafood at one of the eateries that look out over the beach.

Gravenor Bay
, in the southernmost part of Barbuda, is a hip and offbeat destination where you can wander white beaches, go snorkeling, see yachts on the waters, and relax. The island has a sparse population and is accessible by ferry from Antigua. The bay waters have calm surf that is ideal for wading or swimming, and snorkeling experiences allow you to see a diverse array of tropical sea life. A historic tower's ruins are about a half-mile away. In Gravenor Bay, you can also walk along an old dilapidated pier that makes an excellent photo location. The beach here is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It's also a romantic spot for walks on the sand and watching the sunrise or sunset over the sea.
