Liberta
Liberta is a coastal town in Antigua and Barbuda's Saint Paul Parish on the island of Antigua. It is Antigua's third largest town. It is situated in the southern island area, north of Falmouth Harbour and the Falmouth port, with which it is linked by road. When you visit Liberta, the culture is primarily influenced by West African and British influences. Cricket is the national sport, but football, boat racing, and surfing are also popular.
Liberta is also a charming town founded nearly 200 years ago by freed slaves that now offers history, architectural marvels, diverse culture, sports, and entertainment. Several churches, each with a unique design and showcasing the region's diverse culture, are among the historic architectural sites. The Liberta Sports Club is a major draw for sports fans. This club, which has over 100 members, frequently hosts basketball, football, volleyball, and other sporting events where you can cheer on your favorite team. There are numerous shopping and dining options in the city. Furthermore, Liberta is one of Antigua's most populous towns and a popular tourist destination north of Falmouth Harbour.
