Have a Snowy Easter in Val Thorens, France
Few other places in Europe offer snow this late in the year, but Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, gets snow well into May and is a popular Easter getaway.
Val Thorens' slopes are ideal for skiing during the Easter holiday since the days are longer, lift passes are less expensive, and the weather is sunnier and clearer. Even for those who don't ski, Val Thorens is an excellent Easter getaway. The Belleville Valley's winter hiking and snowshoeing trails provide breathtaking views, and thrill-seekers may enjoy the resort's zipline, which begins at the top of the Moutiere chairlift and runs at 75 kph on the way down. Additionally, you may take a helicopter tour of the snow-covered French Alps or try some ice diving to test your physical and mental limits.
