Established in 1985, the Koret School of Veterinary Medicine at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel's only veterinary school. Founded by Professor Kalman Perk. The school is part of the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment. Robert H. Smith of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Since its inception, it has been a vibrant and dynamic school offering a four-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program. Coret School is located on the campus of the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot and on the campus of Veterinary Pedagogical University Hospital in Rizon LeZion.
The goal of Koreta Veterinary College is to educate and educate highly qualified veterinary students with a particular focus on Israel's special needs, enabling them to meet the current and future challenges of the veterinary profession. The Coret School also offers graduate and continuing education programs for local veterinarians and immigrant veterinarians. They also conduct research in basic science and clinical veterinary medicine. Coret School has a special responsibility to provide professional, practical, ethical and educational support.
