Jujubes are a fantastic, nutritious snack because of their high fiber content and low-calorie count. They have trace levels of several vitamins and minerals but are especially high in vitamin C, an essential nutrient with immune-stimulating and antioxidant characteristics. They also contain a decent quantity of potassium, which is essential for maintaining electrolyte balance and muscular function. Jujube fruits also contain natural sugars, which are carbohydrates that provide your body energy. However, dried jujubes are far heavier in sugar and calories than fresh fruit and are more often consumed and utilized in cookery across the world.
