Himalayan Meditation Retreat in Nainital
Spend two weeks (or four days) camping in the Himalayas to explore your spiritual self through deep, transforming meditation techniques based on ancient teachings. This program, which is unrelated to religion or beliefs, invites spiritual seekers to spend time with themselves to find the spiritual connection that cannot be found in books or programs and to find it while meditating.
You will undoubtedly leave this retreat completely revitalized and with a deeper connection, perhaps even a new outlook on life or yourself, as you are surrounded by meditation, pranayama (breath), cleansing, and balancing.
You will learn about the four paths of yoga, which path best suits you, and how to incorporate these practices into your daily life. The retreat takes place in the Himalayan foothills, where strong energy facilitates introspection and access to higher states of awareness. You will have the opportunity to meditate in nature and connect with the trees, mountains, birds, and pure Himalayan air surrounding you.
The Himalayan yogis created this program specifically for you. This retreat is all about actual strategies that work and lay a solid foundation for future spiritual development. This retreat is for spiritual searchers who have realized that spiritual literature and movies are only effective once you have a 'direct experience' of contemplative states.
Enjoy local cuisine. Fresh organic vegetarian meals grown locally and prepared at the center will be offered. A menu will be chosen to complement the meditation training and self-transformation process that will take place throughout the camp.
You can practice 16-hour intermittent fasting, which has been scientifically proven to help the body recover and aid in mind-calming activities. The chef will prepare nutritious and enjoyable meals for brunch and dinner throughout the retreat, with fruits and light options available for breakfast if you do not prefer to observe intermittent fasting or cannot due to health reasons.
