Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and various guided meditation sessions are available on a daily basis. Guests are encouraged to attend these daily seminars at their leisure. Private one-hour yoga sessions on a one-to-one basis are offered on-site for an additional fee, subject to the availability of slots and yoga instructors.

At SwaSwara's art studio, where resident artists can get you started on your creative path, you can experience the therapeutic qualities of art through painting and clay work.
It offers food grown in connection with nature, organically matured on healthy soil, and cooked with awareness. The seasonal tropical fruits, vegetables, and freshly caught seafood are sourced from the organic vegetable farm at SwaSwara and the surrounding area. Juices and herbal drinks accompany these.
