Howl

Howl is one of the most well-known, iconic and best wizards in anime, possessing really strong abilities. While Howl Jenkins Pendragon is one of the most vain wizards to have ever lived, he is also one of the bravest and most skilled, having demonstrated his abilities not only against other wizards and witches, but also against the monsters and bombs of a horrific war.

Howl Jenkins Pendragon is a great wizard who lives in Ingary. He was born Howell Jenkins of Wales and was a member of a loose brotherhood of magicians on Earth. He traveled to Ingary via a magical portal, where he became known and respected as one of the most powerful wizards. He has a moveable castle and spreads tales about himself in order to maintain his solitude, preferring to remain alone and away from all strife.

Howl is a kind and generous person. He let Michael and Sophie live with him and is very understanding of their mistakes. He also offered his heart to Calcifer when he was a dying falling star. Howl is a very talented magician who can shift into different animals and slither out of things he doesn't want to do - a talent he gained with his sister's unintentional assistance.
