Kazuma Yagami

Kazuma Yagami is the primary male protagonist of the Kaze no Stigma series and is regarded as the Yagami family's most brilliant member. After extensive training in China, he returns to Japan as an extraordinarily powerful wind magic practitioner, having formed a contract with the Spirit King of Fire, exactly as the first Yagami head had done before.

Kazuma is revealed to be bitter, unpleasant, and selfish throughout the series, which arises from the Yagamis' frequent harsh treatment of him owing to his inability to utilize fire magic and his subsequent disownment.
