Judar

Judar is a Magician who specializes in Ice Magic and one of the four Magi in the current age. He is considered as one of the best wizards in anime. He is the former Oracle of Al-Thamen and the Kou Empire, having joined forces with Hakuryuu to help him take over the Kou Empire. Al-Thamen bestowed the moniker "Judar" on him, according to Hakuryuu Ren, and his true name is unknown.

Judar is extremely powerful, harsh, arrogant, and juvenile. He's also shown to be spoiled as a result of his privileged life as a Magi. He usually disregards anyone's advice or directions and does things his own way. He is always rude, even to his fellow Magi. Judar has no qualms about harming and attacking innocent bystanders and citizens in his fights. Judar doesn't mind his troubled past as long as he gets to do whatever he wants.

Al-Thamen members had been training Judar in Magic since he was a child. He is a "Blue Magician" since he specializes in Ice Magic, which is a sub-type of Water Magic. As a Magi, he has an almost infinite supply of Magoi. As a current-world magi, Judar can create Dungeons and invite his King Vessel candidates to try to capture it and gain the power of the Djinn within.
