Inspector Koo
Inspector Koo is a South Korean television series that premiered in 2021 and stars Lee Young-ae as the title character, as well as Kim Hye-jun, Kim Hae-sook, Kwak Sun-young, Baek Sung-chul, and Cho Hyun-chul. The series follows a former police officer as he goes up against a female college student who is a serial killer. The first script reading for the cast took place in May 2021, and filming began the following month. Lee Young-ae plays Koo Kyung-yi, a 40-year-old intelligent policewoman-turned-insurance investigator whose world revolves around games and alcohol as she investigates a mysterious serial murder case disguised as an accident.
