Richard Schaffer, J.D., LL.M., is a former professor emeritus of business law at Appalachian State University's Walker College of Business' Department of Finance. He established the university's international business and business study abroad programs, and he taught business law, international business transactions, and the law of international commerce and investment for 25 years.
Filiberto Agusti has been an attorney since 1978 and is a partner in the big legal firm Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. In international arbitrations, litigation involving multinational corporations, and commercial negotiations, he represents governments, multinational corporations, producers, and investors.
In addition to teaching international business law and ethics and serving as the director of the global executive M.B.A. program and area coordinator in law and ethics, Lucien Dhooge is the Sue and John Staton Professor of Law at the College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
