K. H. Gyr Professor of Private International Law at Emory University is David J. Bederman. Professor Bederman has written significantly on many different legal subjects, including as constitutional law, international legal theory, and legal history. His major publications include Globalization and International Law (2008), The Classical Foundations of the American Constitution (2008), The Spirit of International Law (2002), International Law in Antiquity (2001), and International Law Frameworks, in addition to a number of books and numerous articles and essays (2001). Chimène I. Keitner is a self-employed academic with an Oxford University PhD in international relations.
