Jacques Kallis
Jacques Henry Kallis (born 16 October 1975) is a former cricketer and South African cricket coach. He is a right-handed batter and right-arm fast-medium swing bowler who is widely regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time and South Africa's greatest batsman ever. He is the only cricketer in history to score over 10,000 runs and take over 250 wickets in both ODI and Test match cricket, as of 2021; he also has 131 ODI catches.
Jacques Kallis has completed 13,289 test runs, averaging 55.37, and 11,589 ODI runs, averaging 44.36. He also has 292 test wickets in 272 innings and 273 ODI wickets in 283 innings to his credit. When you look at these numbers, it's clear that he is one of the most successful South African cricketers in history. He is regarded as one of the best all-rounders in the history of cricket. His high-level batting prowess made him a dominant and accomplished cricketer of his era. He was, however, a highly underappreciated and underutilized bowler who had the ability to stun any batsman to the core. He was so good at fielding that he wouldn't let any catch slip through his big hands.
