Jungle Farm Restaurant

The restaurant Jungle Farm at Copal Tree Lodge is the place to go if you just have one dining splurge in Southern Belize. The restaurant is a joy with its huge deck, expansive views, and excellent service, and the location, high on a rainforest hilltop, is superb. With a farm-to-table mentality, the food is carefully prepared, mixing uniquely Belizean and worldwide flavors.

The majority of the products and produce originate from Copal Tree's own farm and gardens, as well as local farmers and fishermen. Tacos, salads, or lionfish ceviche could be served for a light meal. Dinner is a daily rotating menu that may include fresh fish, homegrown chicken, or vegetarian options. The Rum Bar is located downstairs. Reservations are strongly advised, particularly for dinner.
